- We ship in the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
- All orders are picked up by UPS and shipped every Tuesday and Friday. (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You will receive another notification once your order is scanned and shipped. Along with, a tracking number to locate the order while its in transit.
Domestic shipping rates
- All orders under $49.99 will be charged a flat delivery rate of $10.
- All orders of $49.99 or more are shipped for free.
- We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Portabellastores.com. You may return or exchange all unworn and unaltered merchandise for a full refund and free return. Please note our returns are only made via USPS at this time and in order to be fully refunded for the received item, it must be unworn, untorn and unaltered. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM US WHICH WILL INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER. YOU CAN USE TO CHECK ITS STATUS. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR THE TRACKING INFORMATION TO BECOME AVAILABLE.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT UPDATED?
UPON RECEIVING EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER TO UPDATE. IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN UPDATE THEN, CONTACT US DIRECTLY AND WE WILL FOLLOW UP.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ONLINE ITEM? HOW DO I PACKAGE MY RETURN?
WHEN RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER, CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTLY TO RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL. ONCE THE RETURN LABEL HAS BEEN EMAILED, PRINT IT AND PLACE IT IN FRONT OF THE BOX. PUT THE ITEM INSIDE OF THE BOX AND SECURE IT. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SECURED, TAPED AND LABEL IS TAPED IN FRONT OF THE PACKAGE (AND VISIBLE) AN UPS DRIVER WILL BE SCHEDULED TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE OR FEEL FREE TO DIRECTLY DROP IT OFF AT THE POST OFFICE. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN IN OUR WAREHOUSE AND VERIFIED IT FOR DAMAGES OR ALTERATIONS, WE THEN PROCESS THE REFUND.
I PLACED AN ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, HOW DO I FIX THIS?
ADDRESS CHANGES CAN ONLY BE REQUESTED 8 HOURS UPON PLACING AN ORDER. WRITE US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY. ONCE WE HAVE VERIFICATION, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE AND SEND THE PACKAGE TO THE DESIRED ADDRESS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE THESE CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE.
