We ship in the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
Domestic shipping rates
All orders under $99.00 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
All orders of $99.00 or more will be shipped free.
We can’t ship to PO boxes.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM US WHICH WILL INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER. YOU CAN USE TO CHECK ITS STATUS. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR THE TRACKING INFORMATION TO BECOME AVAILABLE.
• HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
o You can return or exchange your unworn, unaltered product(s) within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you. Return online at Portabellastores.com/return by logging in with your order details, selecting the product(s) you wish to return, and indicating whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. We will then email you a return label. After your return is processed at our warehouse, we will refund the total purchase amount to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days. Exchanged products will be re-shipped within 3 business days after we received your return.
